Every property is ready for tenants before the lease begins — the acquisition, refurbishment and certification all happen on our side, before handover.
Under an FRI lease, the Registered Provider takes on the tenancy, all maintenance and repairs, buildings insurance and compliance for the duration of the lease. There is no capital required from the RP and no delay before move-in.
