Working with Registered Providers
We work exclusively with Registered Providers — housing associations, ALMOs and local authority RPs registered with the Regulator of Social Housing. We do not lease to private individuals or unregulated organisations.
What we offer
- Fully refurbished, move-in-ready properties — certified and compliant before the lease begins
- Long-term FRI leases (typically 5–10 years) with no break clauses on our side
- No capital requirement from the RP at any stage
- Properties selected to match the specific client group and housing need you tell us about
- A single point of contact throughout — no intermediaries
How the relationship works
- We begin by understanding your housing need — the people you support, the locations that work for your service, the property type and size you need. We then go and find it.
- Once we have a property that fits, we present it to you before we commit. If it works for you, we proceed. If it does not, we keep looking. There is no pressure and no fee.
- Once the lease is signed, the property is yours to manage. We collect the rent and retain the freehold or headlease. You do not hear from us about maintenance, repairs or compliance — that is your responsibility under the FRI terms.
We are not a letting agent. We are a long-term partner — and we only work with providers whose values align with ours.
