About Us

A residential property and housing enablement company with a clear social mission.

Bailey&Co. Assets Ltd is a residential property and housing enablement company with a clear social mission: to place people in quality homes they deserve — not just ones they can afford.

We acquire residential properties below market value, refurbish them to full compliance, and lease them to Registered Providers (RPs) on Full Repairing and Insuring (FRI) terms. Every property is ready for tenants before the lease begins.

Why we exist

The founder of Bailey&Co. Assets has spent time at the sharp end of the housing crisis — volunteering at a shelter for people experiencing homelessness, listening to their stories and understanding what the absence of a stable home does to a person over time.

That experience is the reason this business exists. Not to generate returns for their own sake, but because deploying capital into quality housing is one of the most direct ways to make a difference to real people’s lives.

Our values

Honest

We say what we mean and mean what we say.

Trustworthy

Registered Providers and capital partners can rely on us to deliver.

Loyal

We build long-term relationships, not one-off transactions.

Diligent

Every property is checked, certified and ready before handover.

Determined

We do not stop until the right property is found.

Considerate

The people who will live in these homes are never far from our thinking.

Ambitious

We intend to grow, and to grow the impact of what we do.

How we operate

Bailey&Co. Assets is a small, selective business. We do not chase volume — we focus on finding the right property for a specific need and delivering it to a standard we would be satisfied with ourselves. Every property is acquired, refurbished and certified before any lease is signed. Every RP we work with is registered with the Regulator of Social Housing.

Who we are here to house

Our aim is to source properties for providers working with some of the people who need stable housing most:

  • Young people leaving the care system
  • People experiencing or at risk of homelessness
  • Individuals in temporary or emergency accommodation
  • Adults with learning disabilities
  • People with mental health needs
  • Adults with acquired brain injuries
